Arlie Sisson is the Chief Digital Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill, where she leads the company’s digital strategy to enhance the guest and team member experience. She focuses on advancing Chipotle’s omni channel ecosystem, accelerating digital revenue, loyalty growth, strengthening restaurant operations and scaling innovation across the enterprise.

Prior to Chipotle, Sisson served as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Digital, Commercial Services at Hyatt Hotels, where she led global teams across product, design, engineering, loyalty, AI, analytics, and digital strategy. Earlier in her career, she founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of UpPurpose, a SaaS company she built from the ground up, and held senior leadership roles at Condé Nast and Marriott (Starwood) Hotels, where she drove digital revenue growth and led mobile and digital transformation initiatives.

Sisson was named to AdWeek’s 40 under 40, contributes to Bloomberg's The Business Value of AI series, and holds a Business Administration degree from Northwood University.
